Packages, memberships and booking deposits that add up

Aesthetic clinics sell sessions and plans in advance. CorvexMed keeps the balance, the refund amount and the deposit in one ledger.

Session packages

Sell six laser sessions at one price. Each visit uses a session, and the remaining count is always visible. Packages can expire, and an unused balance can be refunded at a worked-out amount.

Memberships

Set a monthly price, a discount and included treatments. Usage is counted per month.

Booking deposits

Take a deposit when the appointment is booked. If the patient attends, it is applied to the invoice. If they cancel inside your cancellation window or do not show, it is kept.

Patient credit

Advance payments become credit that can be applied to later invoices. Each addition and use is recorded as a line, so the balance can always be explained.

Questions

What happens to a booking deposit if the patient does not come?

The clinic sets a cancellation window, 24 hours by default. A no-show or a late cancellation inside the window forfeits the deposit. An earlier cancellation releases it.

Can a patient hold credit with the clinic?

Yes. Money paid in advance becomes account credit, which can be applied to an invoice. Every change is logged.

How are package refunds worked out?

Unused sessions are valued at the package price divided by sessions included. A preview shows the amount before you confirm.

What can a membership include?

A monthly price, a discount percentage and monthly included treatments, such as one HydraFacial a month.
