Botox and filler lot tracking, with expired stock blocked
Every vial has a lot number and an expiry date. CorvexMed stores both, counts what is left, and stops staff from picking a lot that is past its date.
How it works at the chair
- The provider opens the treatment and chooses the product.
- The lot list shows each lot with its expiry and units left.
- Expired lots are shown but cannot be selected.
- The lot expiring first among valid ones is suggested.
- Units used are deducted when the session is completed.

What clinics gain
- No expired vial by accident. The block happens at the moment of choosing, not in an audit later.
- A real answer to "which lot?" The lot is saved with every injection point.
- Less waste. Older stock is suggested first, and you can see what is about to expire.
- Consumables counted. Gloves, needles and swabs are deducted with each treatment from a kit you define.

Questions
What happens when a lot expires?
Lots past their expiry date cannot be selected for a treatment. They stay in the record for history.
Which lot does the system suggest?
Among valid lots, the one with the earliest expiry, so older stock is used first.
Does it track units or vials?
Stock can be kept in the unit that suits the product, for example units for Botox and syringes for filler.
What if stock is too low?
The session shows a warning when the stock is not enough for what you are about to record.
