Three questions every clinic gets asked
Which lot did this patient receive?
Every injection is saved with the product, lot number, expiry date, units and the point on the face. Open the treatment and the answer is there.
Was consent signed before the injection?
Each treatment can require its own consent. Staff see whether it is signed before the session starts, not after.
How many units are left in that vial?
Stock is counted per lot. Units used in a session are deducted, and the lot with the earliest valid expiry is suggested first.
Expired vials cannot be picked.
When staff choose a product, any lot past its expiry date is blocked. Among valid lots, the one that expires first is suggested, so older stock goes first.
- Stock counted per lot, down to the unit
- Consumables such as gloves and needles deducted with each treatment
- A warning when stock is too low for the session

Everything else a treatment needs
The details that sit around the injection, kept in the same record.
- Signed consent per treatment
- Botulinum toxin, filler and laser each use their own consent form.
- Skin type recorded
- Fitzpatrick type is stored, and can be required before laser treatments.
- Energy device parameters
- Wavelength, fluence, pulse width, spot size and cooling saved with the session.
- Reconstitution calculator
- Enter vial units and saline volume to get units per 0.1 mL.
- Supervising doctor co-sign
- Sessions by flagged providers go to a supervising doctor for sign-off.
- Before and after photos
- Photos kept with the patient and compared side by side.
- Post-care messages
- An aftercare message set per treatment, ready to send once it is done.
- Appointments and invoices
- Booking, billing and receipts in the same place as the clinical record.

Deposits, packages and memberships that add up.

- Deposit held until the visit, and kept if the patient misses it without notice
- Package sessions used and remaining, always visible
- Refund amounts worked out for unused sessions or days

Questions clinics ask first
Is CorvexMed only for Botox and fillers?
No. It also covers laser and energy-device treatments, facials and consultations. Each treatment can have its own price, consent form, stock kit and aftercare message.
Do we have to stop using our current system on day one?
No. Most clinics run the 30-day pilot beside their current sheet or software, then decide. We set up your treatments, stock and staff accounts for you.
Who can see patient records?
Each clinic's data is kept separate from other clinics. Inside your clinic, staff see only what their role allows: for example, a receptionist can take payments but cannot sign off clinical notes.
What does it cost?
Plans start from $29/month (Rs 7,200/month in Pakistan) for up to two providers, or pay annually and get 2 months free. The first 30 days are a free pilot with no card. See the pricing page for every plan.
Can nurse injectors work under a supervising doctor?
Yes. A provider can be set so that completed sessions go to a supervising doctor for co-signature.
